unsolved items!! ActiveSync Q

Hi there

I can't seem to figure this problem out.

when I sync my phone to my PC i get the message that I have a number of unsolved items.

after doing a hard reset I sync my phone so I get all my contacts back, but every adjustment to an old contact and additions of new contacts WILL NOT replace the ones in my Outlook contacts list.

so if I would need to do a hard reset again I wouldn't get my current contacts back.. or at least not the way I had them last.

someone please help. it's driving me coo coo!!!!

ow yes one more thing.

I can't change the contacts in Outlook either.

any tip would be helpfull.

i had a similar problem... it p*ssed me off very much so i hard resetted my phone and also uninstalled activesync and reinstalled it from the SPV cd and now PERFECT.. no problems so far

Thanks for the tips. tried them but found out there's something wrong with my Office version. not just Oulook fails work right but every other Office program fails.

Gonna re-install it. and if that fails I'll throw my PC through the window :P
