Does the new orange update wipe my phone?

There is no mention of it on the orange webpage.

Should i backup my phone before running it?

Will i have to reinstall everthing after updating?

Hi, yes it will wipe your phone so you do have to backup. Make sure you have your phone synced with Outlook and that you back up files in your phone's storage that you want to keep. You can use Orange Backup instead to do most of this, but I can't get it to restore after the update! Luckily I had everything backed up on my PC.

It does actually mention this on the Orange Site, I think it might be in the FAQ section.
