Orange UK Contract Users Billing Problem

I have just received my itemised bill and was concerned with the total.

Orange has charged me a number of times for “Other Mobile Network” when in fact they ARE Orange customers.

On my bill, this happened on 1 July so I had plenty of Time on my plan

Check your bills just in case it was a system problem and not an isolated incident.

i had the same sort of problem but a bit backwards, way back in the summer of 02 orange broke all the ported numbers, so i could make calls but not recive them

this looks like the same thing but backwards and a little to the left

I had this a couple of years ago, Orange were adament the number didn't belong to them, even though it did and always had, they refused to refund as well.
