How to turn the keypad lights on, on the mpx 200?

Hello, does anyone knows how to turn the lights on, on the mpx 200? i mean the keypad ones, i have seen it light up, is there a software or how can i do it?

The Keypad lights up when you press any key,but if your keypad

will not light up at all you may have a faulty keypad backlight.

There is a registry fix to prolong the keypad but it will only work if

the keypad lights up in the first place.

Have you had the phone from new or is it secondhand?

I don't think is because of a faulty keypad,because my friend go a brand new mpx 200 from att, and it did not light up...i tried the registry trick,but no luck, :) one more question i upgraded my phone to wm2003 but now i have less flsh memory when i triy to put some shortcuts on my phone desktop, it drains like crazy, now i could hardly install anything, is there a way to format the phone and put more mem, on?

You should always use a storage card to install applications on

to save space on the phone.

As for memory space 2003 is more memory hungry :?

As for your friend I would suggest taking the phone back as his

keypad should light up when he presses a key, failing that a hard reset may be an idea if the registry is corrupt somehow.
