SMARTFONE WONT LOAD UP

Hey all,

The other day i switched off my fone-then i turned it back on BUT when it loads up it freazes on the "orange sunrise image" and wont go any further i own the Orange E100 version-can somebody help me with this?

I have cleaned out the fone-checked the battery ect-all is fine tho :cry:

If anyone can help id appriciete it

I have so many important info on it ect..I need to use it soon as its important for my buisness

Try re-running the last update (1.6 i think) and if that doesn't fix it the only other option i'm afraid is a hard reset.

One thing tho before i rest it-my text messages-do they get stored on my sim card?

No they get stored on the phone, so you'll lose them, as with any other information.

First thing to try though is a hard reset this is the normal fix for

being stuck on the sunset screen. As with the above this will also

wipe the phone of all information so you will need to reinstall

all your apps and contacts etc.
