Application "could not be removed from your phone"

I've installed Pocco Software Echo. Now I want to remoe it. I choose Remove programs but it does not work with the message: "Pocco Software Echo could not be removed from your phone".

Why? And how should I remove it?

it may be still running on your phone... so the phoen cant remove it.

first try a re-start and try to remove it again.....

second, you may have a startup file in Storage/Windows/Startup that is auto run at startup that needs to be removed first...

browse your phone using an Active sync connection from a PC and have a look.. :P

To add to the above, if there is a relevant file in the Start Up folder you will need to rename the file extension ie to .jpg then

reboot the phone. You can now delete the file.
