copy the rom

i guys the qtek 7070 was launched here on portugal by the network TMN the phone have portuguese language i have 1 question it´s possible to copy the rom from that phone and instal on mine i have 1 SPV E100 but it´s in english, and by the way is there someone o nows where to find the rom whith portuguese language i contact whit the network about the updat but they didn´t tell me nothing or they just don´t want to tell
