Is there any difference? Is it possible to upgrade my i-mate smartphone2 with this ROM file: http://web.orange.co.uk/yourphone/promo.ht...eUpgradeAug2004

How can I know this for sure?

I've read that using roms which aren't designed for your phone can cause problems, it can mess with settings for GPRS etc
