Cannot put a Orange signed cab into a ezsetup installer

We have tried to build an ezsetup installer for a cab file officially signed by Orange. For any reason it's not valid and ActiveSync doesn't accept it. If I do the same with an unsigned cab everything is running fine! Any idea how to solve that problem? :?: :?: :!:
