These seems like a dum question, but how do you install the skin

Post is a little vague... If you're talking about installing a homescreen, it should be a CAB file. All you do is copy this across to the phone, into a folder, for example My Documents, on the phone, go to the my documents folder, locate the CAB file and "click" on it. You can then select the newly installed homescreen in the settings menu.

i got a .xml file.......how would u install that

That goes in the StorageApplication DataHome directory along with any images associated with the homescreen.
