Incoming ring time until Answerphone cutin on Orange

I've searched around for this, but can't find what I'm looking for. From what I can tell (and by looking at the length of the ringtones on the phone), the time of the ring (i.e on an incoming call) is about 15 secs before it cuts to answerphone. Is there anyway of increasing this time. I'm on Orange and they said it's to do with the phone, which makes sense.

The length of ring is a network setting and with Orange and can be set for upto 30 seconds. For more info try this post.

Thanks - works a treat. Trust some numpty at Orange to pass the buck somewhere else!! - they are usually really good (contrary to what other people say, I think their customer service has always been excellent)

Yep agree there, I've been lucky but unfortunately you normally

only hear about the bad ones.
