GPS working in 2003

Does anyone have a moving map GPS software working on the i600 with 2003?

I see threads on getting BT to link to the internal GPS. I assume this is so they can use a laptop moving map software and the phone as an external GPS reciver.

I would like to use something like Pocket Streets on the phone and see my position.

I bought the Smart Phone Pocket Streets, and it loaded fine. It has no GPS support though  If I read the review first  I would have known this before the $25 spent.

The Pocket Street 2002 with outlook GPS upgrade requires

MapPoint 2002

Streets & Trips 2002

AutoRoute 2002

And will not download for someone who just paid $25 for Pocket Streets :?

I went to best buy and there is a Street & trips 2004 for $40 with Pocket Streets included, but there is no where to find out if the GPS part will work on an i600 with w2003 :!:

Does anyone have this working :?:

Thanks

You can't use the phones internal GPS. ITs not quite the same as the satellite based GPS.

After one of those companies (Socket or Sandisk) comes out with a BT or WIFI (preferably both with MB storage in one card) is when we can utilize the GPS functions on Mapopolis and Pocket Streets. I believe the pocket streets bundled with the Streets and Trips is for Pocket PC.

Us Smartphone are really getting the short end of the stick when it comes to applications. Sucks

It should be noted that Pocket Streets for SmartPhone and PPC is included with Streets & Trips 2005. Don't know if it is for 2002, or just 2003 versions.
