Need Help! Phone Not Working

Today when I tried to turn my phone on all of the sudden it doesn't work. It sits on the mlife screen forever and the outside gets all jumbled up with crap and it won't work. So I took the battery out and put it back in and right when I put the battery in the phone turns on automatically. Then it gets stuck again. So I did a master reset and it still doesn't work. I hate it that right when you put the battery in the phone turns on. What do I do?

if a master reset didnt sort your problem your only option is to contact moto and have it rpaired under warrenty
