Badly need your help on Mio 8390 smartphone

I just bought a Mio 8390 from Taiwan, which it used Windows Mobile Smartphone( not sure where 2002 or 2003) . The problem is that this smartphone use Taiwanese OS , I dont understand anything about Chinese Characters..So I want to set it into English OS .

How can i do this ? Do i need to install English WM OS ? Where to download the English OS ? how to do it ?
