Guest strangechild Posted August 14, 2004 Report Posted August 14, 2004 Hi, I'm on Select 750 (the 3 match tariff) and I'm now out of my 12 month contract period. Can I upgrade free through a store to the C500 and keep my tariff? The old E100's on it's last legs...
Guest squall Posted August 14, 2004 Report Posted August 14, 2004 you are more likely to get it free by ringing orange i think. that way you can always ask for disconnections :P

I rang my local orange shop today and they said I could have the C500 free and I am on select 500 so you should have no problem

Guest AngelOfRage Posted August 15, 2004 Report Posted August 15, 2004 Are O Cust. Service on 150 different to the Orange shops? cus i was originally offered a £75 upgrade fee on my contract, yet rang 150 today and they said it was a £125 upgrade fee. 150 also have no details on the C500 as its not due untill the end of the month so couldn't offer me a price. im just thinking i may try an O shop if they could offer me something better.
Guest squall Posted August 15, 2004 Report Posted August 15, 2004 yeah they are a different offshoot of the same company. Basically different departments. I think the Orange internet shop is a different again...
Guest dshaugney Posted August 15, 2004 Report Posted August 15, 2004 can you upgrade from a shop? I asked if I can do that in my local and they said to ring customer services instead because they can't do it in the shop.
Guest pisquee Posted August 16, 2004 Report Posted August 16, 2004 Yes you can upgrade through Orange Retail (Shops) ... I certainly did to upgrade from my nokia to original SPV, and got a nice Phillips DVD cheap as a special offer too (which is still working nicely!)
Guest dshaugney Posted August 16, 2004 Report Posted August 16, 2004 cheers buddy....will be waiting to pounce on wednesday
