"Born again newbie" - What apps do these things...

I'm planning to get a C500 after nearly a year away from MS Smartphone, but I need some help getting back up to speed with the available apps.

What apps are there for the MS Smartphone that I should look at for these essentials:

- "Secure" database for passwords, credit cards etc. MUST sync with a PC

- Simple database (searchable flat tables, but no queries or relationships)

- Notes sync with Outlook (used to use SmartphoneNotes)

- Stutter-free audio player (OGGs or MP3s)

And what apps for these "nice to have" features:

- SMS scheduler

- Tube map

- SmartMovie (simple to use DVD convertor)

- GPS "location identifier" (not Navigation, but "where the hell am I?")

Sorry for the newbie question, but I don't want to waste money on apps that have been replaced by something better!

For your passwords etc database I would recommend CodeWallet Pro.

You could try 'DVD to Mobile' from Makayama although I use PocketDivXEncoder to convert movies.

Betaplayer is the best for playing movies and it also plays OGG files.
