Can't hear anything after upgrade to 2003os

Hi there ...Please help after I upgraded my mpx200 to 2003 now there is no sound in the earpiece. I can't hear what my callers are saying. Also the volume is low in general with the speaker phone. Does anyone else have this problem?

note that the headset works its the only way I can here someone.

have you checked the volume button on the left of the phone is turned up?
