Guest Toyota-F1.com Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Hello, is it possible to get the percentage of battery remaining to show up on the homescreen somehow, rather than go into Task Manager all the time? Thankyou.
Guest badboy4life Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Have a look at the Xj YingYang Homescreen here (second from bottom). The plug-in can be downloaded from the Plugins folder on the tree navigation (top left of page). Hope that helps
Guest Toyota-F1.com Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Thankyou for your quick reply. I was thinking something more like where instead of the bars on the top right of the screen, there will instead be the percentage :?
Guest badboy4life Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 I'm not sure if this is the same plugin as the one on airfagev, but take a look at this: http://www.frieger.com/smartbatt/ http://www.smartphone.net/software_detail....associateid=278
Guest NickB&SPV Posted August 18, 2004 Report Posted August 18, 2004 Hi, Twyx's LCD Plug-In also displays a battery percentage on the Homescreen. Take a look at TmR's LCD Final Homescreen by scrolling down This Page. You need to Download & Install the LCD Plug-in which is also avalable from this Web Site. I have translated LCD Final into English if you were interested. Hope this helps Nick B. :)
Guest Toyota-F1.com Posted August 18, 2004 Report Posted August 18, 2004 I've installed Plugin 1.53 LCDPlugin, and also LCDFinal, can I have the numbers looking more normal on my own homescreen, all I want is the battery percentage, absolutely nothing else. Thanks for your help :)
Guest NickB&SPV Posted August 18, 2004 Report Posted August 18, 2004 You need to take the LCD Plug-in and battery co-ordinates from the XML file and put it into your own Homescreen XML file. You will also need the .ini file and the battery images from the LCD Final folder. Unfortunatly the numbers will always have the LCD look as thats the way it seems to work. There is a bit of editing with the images etc. to get it to work but it is worth it in the end. I have got another style of battery LCD digits, let me know if you want to have a look at them. Nick B. :)

Nick B. :P Yes please could I have a look at them, or if you're an expert at these things and have time to have a go for me, I'll post my homescreen - the .xml file (it's a very very simple one) so you can see what font I have. Thanks for your help :)
Guest NickB&SPV Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 Hi, I have included the bits from looney tunes homescreen which had a different style of LCD percentage power. You still use the same LCD Plug-In code from LCD Final XML file, but use these other bits instead. Only with lots of messing and a PM to twyx have I figured out how the LCD Plug-in works. Let me know if you have any problems and I will try to sort you out. Nick B. :)Looney Power.zip
