C500 Joystick Problem

Got my C500 - and its nice :)

but....

when im pressing right on the joystick keypad im getting an annoying clicking sound like im pressing down on raised plastic - i dont get it when i press left, i have it on silent mode so all im hearing when im pressing right is this damn clicking. The cursor functions all work ok - but its very annoying - has anyone else experienced this?

I get the clicking both left and right and up and down!
