Tube map on c500

I installed my tube map on my c500.

Problem is when i goto a station, and click the relevent button to jump to a certain letter it doesnt work!!

EG click 5 3 times to get to L but it doesnt work. even if i go into the combobox list.

Anyone help?

I had this problem too on my E200 with Tube London Pro - very annoying when using the streetmap of london trying to scroll through to a streetname.

It works fine on mine (so does Metro which, although it doesn't have the visuals, covers every city in the world with an underground/ light railway and is free;))

you can use metro, which is free and complete.

no good for those of us who have already paid for Tube Pro!

I have exactly the same issue on my C500, it used to work fine on my mk1 SPV. I've emailed Visual-IT support to find out what's going on.

I'll post here when I get a response.

Like i say, I have no problems with my Tube London pro - it works fine on my C500

I think you just need to download the new tube pro from the website, i downloaded the demo and it seems to have used my registered maps, and now works fine, think it was a problem with the engine, the new one is tube 2.05

2.05 is the one that I use that works so it looks like thedotcom is probably right - unless anyone having problems is already using 2.05?

yep, I got a reply back from their support saying the same thing - need to download the latest version.
