app unlock my e200 - imate

hi there.

i have just applied the latest imate rom to my e200 and have finally managed to get my gprs / mms working and everything else seems to be ok so i am pretty pleased with it so far..HOWEVER i am unable to alter the start menu EG: move shortcuts around and place them in categorised folders Etc Etc.. i beleive the reason for this is that although the imate rom alows you to install unsigned apps by default i think it may still be partially locked and that ota would fix this.BUT no matter what i try i can not get ota to work.. i have tried it with gprs and with pc passthrough and have tried with my firewall enabled/disabled Etc and also tried different variations of phone number EG: 07966 and +447966 , i know that my imei is recognized as i have used ota many times on this phone with the orange rom but now with the imate it goes to the screen on my pc that says your phone will be unlocked shortly but may take up to 5 minutes Etc but thats all that happens..

Any Ideas ? :?

A lengthly search on the net provided me with a different method that works immediatly,,i can now rearange my start menu icons any way i like 8) 8)
