C500 Volume issue

has anyone had this happen?

the speaker volume of my c500 has suddenly got quieter.

it was really quite loud earlier when using media player and for ring tones. not sure what i have done.

any suggestions guys and gals?

[edit: did a reset to factory default and it seems to have sorted itself]
