i don't think there will be a 2k3se update for any of the exsisting phones.

as its been said elsewhere the core os isn't a user upgrade, and would be chargeable, and the phone manufactures and network operators would rather sell you a new phone every 12 months than give you new features for free

there was an illegal one, but its disapeared off the internet.

its not that good, so i wouldn't bother trying it as there is no going back.

i dissagree with beersoft.

if you want to try 2003 you should. there are many programs that do not run 2002 and i would think that soon enough no one is going to make new programs to run on that os. also there are performance gains to be had with '03 as well.
