Has anyone found a supplier selling spare USB cables for the C500 yet. I need one for home and work.

I'm looking for a cheap USB -to- 3pin UK mains plug adaptor. This sort of thing - but for a UK mains outlet:

I've got a spare one (see pic below), its about the same length as the supplied cable, came with a camera i lost a while ago, pm me if your interested and i'll get it off in the post to you as soon as i can because its no use to me so rather someone else has it! as long as you're in the UK that is dont wanna pay to much!!! :)

If you pull apart your cradle for E100/200/SPV you will see that is actually a mini usb plugged into a circuit board to convert it to serial. Sadly, I threw mine away before I realised this

You can also get a mini-USB retractable cable, this maybe a useful item to carry.

eXpansys have one for £4.45, you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere as they are not usually the cheapest (however this seems a good price).

hmmm, just tried this on your advice and my PC re-set!! (you sure the pin-out is the same? the affect i saw would suggest i just pulled down the 5v (probably to ground!))
