Guest awarner [MVP] Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 There is not a way to day that as far as I am aware but for controling the phone from the PC have a look here. http://www.soti.net/ It's not cheap but works well.
Guest zeta101 Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 yes you can(partly), i can do it with my c500 over bluetooth using my D-link DBT-120 dongle. When you get a call it auto answers and comes through the pc speakers and i think yo ucan talk using a mic (although i havent tried this part). I dont think you can make calls though, maybe if you use the software awarner suggested to dial out then the handsfree should kick in and it will come through the speakers/mic again. In order for it to work i think you need a c500 and the D-link dongle however, unless someone has this working with an e200 (the only other phone with bluetooth) and another bluetooth dongle. PS. the reception wasnt very good, but you could try placing the phone right next to the dongle, something i havent tried either.
Guest squall Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 this needs further investigation but it may be possible to do this via bluetooth. when you pair with some devices you are given the option to use that device is a bluetooth headset. if you are offered the same option when you pair with a pc it may be possible. i will have a play. anyone any thoughts on this? Posted from my SmartPhone!
