Transfering 100mb file to C500

how long does it take to transfer a 100mb file using the usb connection to the C500. eg, sending a 100mb video to its miniSD card.

i tried it with a 50.5mb movie file and clocked 5mins 5 secs to transfer it completely. nowhere near as fast as a USB card reader, but a huge amount faster than the older SPVs were :)

Does anyone know the data transfer rate over bluetooth? I transferred a 3 Mb file and I *think* it took about 30 seconds but I didn't time it. If it was then it isn't particularly slower than via the USB?

I think bluethooth is close to 900kbps.
