Guest JoePro82 Posted August 23, 2004 Report Posted August 23, 2004 Is there a way to automatically end all running programs when you close your phone, besides having to go into Resource Manager then the Task Manager/Menu and Kill All? Or is there a way to end programs when you press the "Home" Button etc. I've noticed that when they start to build up it slows down my phone considerably and it is a pain in the a** to have to "Kill" (i.e.) the Contacts every time I make a phone call. Does all these Programs running, even though my phone is closed, drain my battery faster just by being open. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank You!!

In reality some do but things like contacts can just be ended by using the back or home buttons.
