Phantom Text Messages! Help!

A while after getting my spv e100 I wanted to delete the texts in my inbox. I wanted to keep two of them so I marked them as unread (as I was used to with nokia) and selected to delete all in inbox. Months later it still thinks I have two unread messages even though it deleted the lot (including the two I marked as unread). Any ideas on how to fix this without doing a reset?

Recently it also blocks me from answering calls saying it's unable to answer the call (not good news as it's a business line so have swapped back to my trusty nokia 7650)! Am thinking it may be time for an upgrade but any advice is much appreciated :wink:
