:P I'm just dropping a wee note to say that I'll be away for the next few weeks (maybe except for a few sneaky logins on me phone!) coz I'm getting married on thursday this week!! :D

I've been calling her (Lizzie) 'the wife' for some time now (probably on posts here too), but we are officially getting hitched this week. & then we're off on a 5 star cruise in Egypt!

I'm sure I'll have several thousand posts to read when I get back, and with a bit of luck, I'll be posting in the C500 forum by then!

What a fantastic opportunity to test the C500 camera (still / video) in the heat and dust of north-east Africa and the shiny, salty ocean. We expect sample photos uploaded to this thread in due course.

Can the C500 take photos of bridesmaids ?

Well, the wedding went without a hitch (get it!? :lol: ). Actually, it really was a great day. I often thought & said that weddings are really for women ... no. 1 mother in law, no. 2 wife ... but I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Didn't take any pics from the day on me phone coz I was under strict 'do not play with your phone' orders!

Here's a few from Egypt tho, which didn't turn out too bad for a wee C500 camera! Quite a bit better than the e200 camera methinks.

Absolutely the homeymoon of a lifetime! I'd recommend Egypt to anyone for a brilliant holiday. They're all friendly if you give them a quid! :lol:

Thanks again for all your kind wishes. Wifey was really quite touched to see that my online buddies were capable of thinking about stuff other than phones for a while! :lol:
