I don't think it's out yet but should be able to get the i-mate smartphone 3 (same as C500) at http://www.soundsolutionsam.com/

Also http://www.expansys-usa.com/ were advertising the imate SP3 but it's recently dissapeared from their listing. Hopefully it should be re-listed closer to release.
