problem with installing files

hi,

I am trying to install links golf onto my spv classic but I do not have enough memory on my phone. After deleting, uninstalling everything that I could I still could not install.

How do I install direct to my SD card as the add/remove programs will not let me select where I install to.

When you install any apps or games the phone should always give you the option of phone or storage card.

If the game comes as a Windows Installer .exe just double-click the icon on your PC (when you've connected via ActiveSync) and watch for the install option screen on your phone.

but doesnt it install the cab file to the phone then ask where to install it to. Can I ask it to install the cab file to the storage card and not to the phone first??

How much free memory do you have on the phone ?

If it's too low for a game installation you run the risk of a partial reset and associated grief. :evil:

Place the cab on the storage card and install from there :)

Links comes as a PC installer though.

Do you know how to extract the cab file ?
