Guest chrisbohill Posted August 24, 2004 Report Posted August 24, 2004 I called Orange last Tuesday lunchtime and ordered my upgrade. I was told it would be with me in 2 working days. I called Friday to be told it would be with me on Monday. Called today to be told that there had been a glitch in the system and a number of the C500 phones had not been sent out to people who had upgraded. They told me I would have it for sure on Wednesday... I am not holding my breath I get the distinct feeling Orange have been caught out by the demand and cannot keep up. Anyone else get given this line, or experienced a similar problem? Cheers, Chris.
