im on my holz and my outer screen is not workin or rather it just displays black constantly. whats wrong?

Now my outer screen wont do anything just lights up clear screen.

Ok, gettin desperate i realised my info posted was limited heres a more detailed explanation.

I turned off my phone before going into a cinema, then when i came out, when i turned on the outer screen all the pixels were lit up black, i opened the phone up and shut it again all were still lit, restarted phone still there, turned off left for a while and charged outer screen - still all lit up.

I was on holiday so unable to do anything and the rest of the phone still worked so i kept using it.

Two Days later,the outerscreen pixels all went of, now i have a outer screen with no animation or images and just the backlight lights up when i close my phone.

Any ideas what is the matter?

Is it a loose connection in the phone or is the outer screen broken?

Will Hard Reset help at all?

I have somewhat the same problem. My front screen is cracked. Good luck on trying to find a replacement. I have searched everywhere etc.

I contacted Mitac thru bishops contact details, he send send the phone to him and he will sort it out, but the delivery details are extortionate to HK!!!
