Phone wont talk

OK, so i can listen to music thorugh my headphones and it rings when i get a call/text but as soon as i answer i can't hear the other person and they can't hear me.(volume is turned up)

What is wrong with this damned SPV??

few things you could to to help figure this out.

When in a call hold the green button to enter speakerphone, then try and talk.

reset the phone by clicking on the words 'hard reset'

Is it woking ok without the headphones in?

Mabye you have a loose connection somewhere. have you just bought the phone or is it old?
