My has SD card has lost its memory?!?!?

I have a 512MB SD card, which after taking taking it out of my E100 and trying it in my wifes MP3 player now only has a capacity of 3.84MB!!

I have checked this in a number of different devices, and they are all saying the same thing.

Any ideas as to what the hell has happened and if it can can be fixed?

Try formating the card with the phone using Task Manager from www.binarys.com
