Guest Popeye100 Posted August 25, 2004 Report Posted August 25, 2004 Got my C500 on Friday and GPRS email and internet access was working fine until Tuesday morning. Now it just says connecting and then 10 mins later gives an error message saying check your coverage is ok. My signal strength is full and I have the G above the signal bars. I haven't installed any software and I have turned the power on and off 3 times. Does anyone have any Ideas or shall I call orange??

Guest Popeye100 Posted August 27, 2004 Report Posted August 27, 2004 Eventually got through to orange on Wednesday. They sent me two sim updates and it started working again :) Until this morning when it stopped working again :P Taking it back to the shop tomorrow :x
