How to hard reset O2 Xphone?

Does anyone know how to hard reset O2 Xphone..I have upgraded my phone ROM recently the latest version...

And does the english version has the problem of chinese i mean loosing o2 customization? :?:

Erm, just click on the words -> hard reset <- for the page with directions.

EDIT: No idea about the english/chinese thing though.

Yes, I think so. As far as I know, o2 are not yet offering a replacement download.... :roll:
