Inconsistent Scrolling

I'm not sure that I like the fact that in emails, scrolling seems to be about 5 lines per scroll whereas in PIE it is single line scrolling!

Anyone with a Registry hack to change it? Even better, if it could be an added feature for RJV's RegTweaks UI. :)

On a related subject - the FastScroll app works perfectly :P
