MobCam (mobile webcam)

Hi, I was reading the Red Ferret Journal and I came across this freeware application that allows you to use your mobile as a webcam (Link to article here).

Unfortunately it only works on Symbian phones but I was wondering if there is anything like this for Windows phones? If not is it possible?

nothing similiar available yet, a few topics on modaco about this aswell.
