mpx unlocking...im a newbie and need help

hi, ive been on the site www.imei-check.co.uk and am interested in unlocking a phone i bought from ebay...

its currently on orange and i wish to unlock to 02, when i put my o2 card in its stated enter puk code and then password and then password... my question are:

1 will the phone still unlock to o2 from here if i do what it states on the site

2. what happens afterpayment??
