So, Bluetooth headsets are cool, but i've had a little bit of trouble finding one I like.

I tried the Jabra BT200 and 250, great headsets, but a bit uncomfortable after a while because the earpiece sits RIGHT in your ear.

The M3000 has great specs, but flops around all over the place (on me at least), and is very uncomfortable.

So, I bought myself a Plantronics M2500... and WOW, what a headset! Super comfortable, great sound (tested with my C500), voice dial works fine... it's AWESOME!

So, in conclusion, highly recommended. In fact, I like it so much, I arranged to have it included in the MoDaCo Shop! (http://Smartphone.MoDaCo.com/shop.htm).

Has anyone else got one? Thoughts?

The WMP sound doesn't seem to come through...

isn't it a little big, paul? i've got myself a step 1150 because it is extremely small and nearly invisible when i wear it. communication is great, a special technology makes it possible to have the micro directly in the headset...

regarding mp3 via bluetooth: you would need a bluetooth profile called "Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)" - i don't know any phone out on the market who has it. but if you would like to do it there's a workaround: BLUETAKE'S i-PHONO Bluetooth Hi-Fi Sports Headphone Kit. not that i would buy it but maybe someone else thinks it is cool. just buy an adapter from 2,5 mm to 3,5 mm and clip it on your smartphone :-)

cheers, lutz

I find the size fine Lutzh, it's not important to me anyway, the comfort and fit is!

That Step 1150 is a weird looking thang! :)

:) it looks like a hearing device but it is a bluetooth headset!

tbh: i never thought i need one and i would never have bought one but i did because alot of questions regarding the c500 where related to headset/headset & voicedial...

cheers, lutz

ps: and size DOES matter, paul. in this case a little reverse ;-)
