2 problems

Problem 1:

Nothing appears in sent items. This is annoying as i like to be able to apologise on sundays to the people i send dodgy messages to on the saturday night, How am i supposed to do this now?

Problem 2:

Headphones are very quiet. at least twice as quiet as my E100. I have made sure the volume is up everywhere. It plays loud through the speaker though.

any ideas?

Problem 1:

Go into "Text Messages", "Menu", "8 Options", "2 Sending", and tick "Save copies of sent items"

Problem 2:

The volume on mine is fine when playing MP3s, with "earpiece volume" at max and Media Player volume at "6"

Have you checked the volume slider on the headset?

I have noticed the same thing on my C500 (I too upgraded from a E100). I have put all voulme controls to max, but its still quieter than my E100...

as for the message problem in the inbox go menu-options-sending and check save copy to sent items
