Please help regarding email and downloading attachments

I have an mpx200 with SPV2002 on it. It is decertified and it is actually from Europe but I use it here with ATT wireless in NY. For some reason when I send an email from my desktop to my mpx200 it only shows some of the message. I changed the setting to receive the "entire message" and I setup my email options as follows:

Your name: IK

e-mail address: @mobile.att.net

server: IMAP4

Incoming: imap.attwireless.net

Outgoing: smtp.attwireless.net

network: The internet

username: my Mmode username

pw: my mmode password

domain: blank

Furthermore I see that you guys talk about downloading attachments and I do not even have the option anywhere. I tried sending from my desktop to my mpx200 an email with a small text file attachment and there is no option to download anything? Please help :x
