Painless method of un-locking my new SPV C500 handset please

Hi All, I've gone rushing down to the local store and picked up the C500. The Orange rep assured me that most of the streetwise people would know how to un-lock it so I can use my Vodafone and Orange sims collectively in it. Anyway, done the rounds today and no one seems to be able to unlock it for me. Frantic, really want to get it working with my Vodafone sim, if anyone can spoon feed me the cure, much appreciated. Orange will only give me the code after some 7-12days wait time and even then I have to pay the whole 12 months line rental upfront, which is just so not funny ..

There is no way to SIM unlock the C500 at this moment in time, hopefully

there will be a method in the very near future but the service more than

likely not be free.

im afraid to say there is currently no way of sim unlocking the c500. I dont doubt there will be in the next few months but currently the only option is to unlock via orange
