Original SPV - Rom 1.6 - Canary 1.10 Unlocking Problems.

i have an orange Original SPV - Rom 1.6 - Canary 1.10, i have been trying to get SPVUnlock2.exe to give me a code, it doesnt work for me. It gets to 100% and says error code 9 - unable to locate unlock code. I have tried every thing - i need to get an o2 sim card working in it, PLEASE HELP ME.

Do you have Win XP or 2k on your PC as Win98 and ME will not

work, also are you remembering to end the wcescomm.exe

in Task Manager on the PC?

yes i have Windows XP - and i have closed wcescomm.exe.

Still no luck - it gets to 100% and says error 9, cannot find unlock code.

Hve you turned off any firewalls you have running ?

thanks for the help - i just tried my sim in - it is unlocked and i dont know how.
