Tesco Mobile SIM

Hi all,

My Orange contract's about to come up and I'm pretty keen to go on Tesco Mobile in UK as it looks like really good call prices for what I use. Only thing is I can find info on WAP over GPRS but can't find out if they do web GPRS - any ideas?

WAP over GPRS is almost identical to web GPRS. WAP GPRS is going to WAP sites (wap://blahdeblahblah) and web GPRS is the normal surfing.

So, assuming they don't monitor where you go, they won't know if you're using GPRS for WAP sites or 'normal' websites. Doesn't hurt to ring them up and ask though.

Nice one, well I'm off to buy a SIM now in that case - I only use GPRS occasionally for MSN but Tesco's PAYG call rates are really competitive especially for occasional user (I only went on contract for the SPV lol).
