Bluetooth showing 'Unable To Connect!'

When I try to connect with a phone via bluetooth to send an image, i get a message that say unabvle to connect. I am using smart explorer and I have managed to send images to this phone before.

I have reinstalled smart explorer, moved into different rooms, nothing seems to be working, what should I do?

I thinjk it depends on what phone ur using, because the only way I can send stuff 2 my friend's t610 is with irda
