keypad light problem

just wanted to let everyone know that moto fixed my keypad light problem. as far as i can tell i was not charged for the service.

this is significant because i bought the phone off ebay and i have the 2003 software installed on the phone. i live in the us and it is the att version of the mpx200.

i received the same phone back with a working keypad and everything seems to be working well.

did you check your ROM version before and after?

but chances are they just unplugged the keypad and fitted a new one :P
