Can synchronize but can't explore phone files on computer

Really strange, seem to have system up and running, with ActiveSync all installed and sync'ing with Outlook however the Explorer function (and the standard Explorer function from the Start menu on the PC) shows the phone, but doesn't display any files or folders. Please help.

Unplug the phone and check your firewall settings then plug

the phone back in.

Another thing to try is a reboot of your PC.

Sorted - thanks you. It was on the list of things to do, but if got muddled sometime over this Bank Holiday Weekend of computer/mobile confusion!! thanks a lot.
