Language options on the SPV C500

I recently came back to the UK after being away for a year, and was shocked at how phones have changed. Straight away i purchased the C500 because I was told that I would be able to view emails in Japanese, later I found out this was wrong >.< Though I live in hope that there is some software available for viewing asian fonts such as Japanese, or even perhaps allowing me to type in Japanese? I hope you guys can help me out.

Unfortunately I have not seen or heard about Japanese language

or font support on the phones.

Chinese is available on some phones.

So any one know how to refurbish the English Version to Chinese Version?
